John Walsh1 StarI couldn't be more disappointed or misled by any Medical Dr. as I was by Dr. Bahareh Rad and her office. My daughter had a very painful TMJ (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction) and we searched for dozens of Medical Drs. to perform the injection as it was required by insurance to be covered. The 1st issue was that we were double charged $1090 from Day 1. Then from the first of 2 separate injections, the receptionist/desk staff (Jason) explained to us that they would process the insurance paperwork and "it would take 3 weeks to process as this was a significant amount and insurance companies will drag their feet to payout". This is all in a text from Jason. Later, after 3-4 months and insurance didn't pay because Dr. Saba's office didn't submit any pre-authorization for the medication, the text I received from Jason said, "the insurance company was never going to reimburse you and it was a courtesy that we even submitted a claim". Jason now claims that he explained this to me daughter in advance but his texts prove that this is another lie. This is unacceptable and unfair business practice was made throughout my daughter's treatment. -John WalshWednesday 5th March 2025
Murray Pollack5 StarDr. Saba and Capital Dental Center Center are worthy of this 5-star review. The excellence of the staff from Dr. Saba to all those supporting the office is very notable. Dr. Saba is personable, gives his honest appraisal of issues (which turn out to be reliable), and, most important, is an excellent dentist. The hygienist, assistants, and office staff are also personable, efficient, and effective. I've been a patient for over 5 years with (unfortunately) a variety of issues and trust Dr. Saba''s professionalism and expertise.Tuesday 9th April 2024
