I had been in pain for days before visiting Painless Root Canal Specialists, and I’m so grateful I found this place. Gabby from the office called me ahead of time to collect all the necessary information, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. Dr. Marc Jiorle took the time to explain every step of the process—from the initial X-ray to the root canal itself. As soon as the procedure began, I understood why the clinic is called “Painless.” It was incredibly smooth, and all my anxiety disappeared. Dr. Marc also explained the aftercare thoroughly and reassured me that I could reach out anytime if I felt any discomfort. I’m writing this review feeling perfectly fine—no pain at all—and incredibly lucky to have found this clinic. One more thing: the music vibe in the office made the whole experience even better. It was actually enjoyable to be there. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go! Just go.

If you're questioning if you should go, don't, call right now. They are utterly amazing. I was in the worst pain of my life from a tooth infection and had also had an allergic reaction from the antibiotics my dentist prescribed. I knew I needed a root canal and was able to get an appointment the next day. I came in with a massively swollen face and they treated me with so much kindness. They answered all of my questions and I felt super comfortable from the start. I had to get two root canals and they both went perfectly! I truly truly couldn't recommend this place more. So again, stop questioning and just call.

Amazing!! Look, no one likes a visit to the dentist, even more so to an endodontist. I get it. But! Painless Root Canal Specialists lives up to their name and then some. The entire staff is friendly, professional and welcoming starting with Gabby at the front welcome desk. The office is bright, modern and clean. There aren’t traditional rooms but windowed, private, treatment areas. It turns out I didn’t need a root canal but a different procedure. There was no attempt to upsell me or any indication that Dr. Marc and Leena cared about anything besides relieving my pain. Totally professional, approachable, personable and COMPETENT. Overall, the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a dental related practice. If you need compassionate, skilled and quality care, you will find it here! This was my first visit to this office and I’m thoroughly impressed! The office is very nice, the staff is polite and friendly. Luv the music! It reminds me of where and how I came up in DC, adult music for the soul! The equipment was to notch, state-of-the art and they got me in and out quickly. The dentist has a great manner, explains things well, and seems like he knows what he is doing, no work done yet, I’ll be back next week!

Dr. Marc and team made me feel comfortable from the beginning to end. Gabby is the absolute sweetest when she answers the phone and schedules your appointment. Ayana is very bubbly and welcoming when she checks you in. Dr. Marc is absolutely amazing. He explains everything and he's so down to earth. He is very compassionate and caring knowing that I get anxiety. The whole process is smooth and painless. Its like magic. This is coming from a person with Dental office anxiety. I just had 3 root canals in 3 weeks. How about that!!! 😊 Also the office is very clean and nice. 5 stars 🌟
